Background:

Edward grew up in Santa Rosa, California, just a short drive away from campus. His education at schools in Santa Rosa inspired him to become an English teacher. His work as a peer mentor has reinforced his passion for education and leadership.

Favorite thing about being a FAST Peer Mentor:

Edward loves speaking with his students and getting to know them over the course of the year.

Future Goals:

After graduation, Edward will earn his teaching credential in Sonoma State's single-subject credential program. He plans to teach high school English in Sonoma County.
